Special notice: Thirty-four attorneys were administratively suspended on April 25 for failing to file reports showing compliance with continuing legal education requirements, or failing to pay the associated fees, for the reporting year ending in February 2014. Twenty of the 34 attorneys were already on administrative or interim suspension. The attorneys may petition the court for reinstatement. The names of the suspended attorneys are available on the South Carolina Judicial Department’s website.
